Early Canadian work under the name Jayna James established her appetite for rough scenes and gang bangs. She underwent the first of five breast enhancement surgeries at 19, starting at 385cc and eventually reaching 2000cc by May 2010, before medical complications including symmastia forced a series of corrective procedures.
