1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Canadian PornStars (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using CanadianPornStars.ca (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Canadian PornStars, a sole proprietorship based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Site. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from accessing this Site.

3. Description of Service

Canadian PornStars is an online directory and referral service that provides listings and links to Canadian adult entertainment performers, connects performers with industry opportunities, and offers promotional services for industry businesses.

We do not:

• Host, create, upload, or distribute adult content
• Employ, manage, or represent performers
• Control or operate external websites we link to
• Verify, guarantee, or endorse third-party content

4. License to Use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or reproduce Site content without permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation

5. User Conduct

You agree to use this Site in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or performers
• Engage in any activity that could harm minors

6. Performer Submissions

If you submit a performer listing request, you represent that you are the performer or have authorization to submit on their behalf. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display the submitted information and warrant its accuracy.

You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting admin@canadianpornstars.ca. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any listing that violates these Terms.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

This Site contains links to external websites, social media profiles, and third-party platforms (collectively, “External Sites”). You acknowledge that External Sites are not under our control and we do not endorse or guarantee their content.

Clicking a link means you are leaving our Site and entering a third-party site at your own risk. See our External Content Disclaimer for additional details.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, design, and our Betty Beaver mascot) is owned by Canadian PornStars or licensed to us. Site content is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws.

Performers retain ownership of their names, images, and likenesses. We display performer information solely for directory purposes and make no claim of ownership over performer-submitted content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that performer information is always current or complete.

Use of the Site is at your own risk, and we do not warrant that External Sites are safe, legal, or appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canadian PornStars and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or damages resulting from access to External Sites. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 CAD.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
